Postage charges do not include insurance.
If items are lost in the post, we can
not take responsibility for that. If you
require insurance, an extra charge will
be incurred.
All of Stepharia items are
wrapped carefully in tissue paper and encased
in protective packaging for posting, as
standard.
If you would likesuper-pretty packaging, we can easily
gift wrap the item with wrapping paper,
ribbons and adornments for an extra charge
of £2.50.
Items are returnable only
if they are faulty. If this is the case,
please email us at within 5 days of receiving your
item and we'll exchange or repair as per
request.
Stepharia goods are all
handcrafted and thus must be handled delicately.
Please take care to treat each item with
a little TLC!
